FI Bassar e.V. represents lived humanity across borders.

The existing FI BASSAR website had grown organically over many years. Content, images and activities were not structured, editorial processes were missing and there was no sustainable concept for maintaining the website in the future.

Safe Communication

The greatest challenge of this project was not the technology itself, but the communication and coordination between all participants.

A client, a journalist, a designer and a web developer worked simultaneously on different requirements — without a sustainable communication structure.

Keeping track of the current project status between 100+WhatsApp messages, SMS, emails and short-notice change requests often became the most critical task of the entire project.

The technical implementation itself was clearly defined:
